PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbiological testing chip which can reduce effect of reflection of excitation light even when an optical axis of the excitation light and a central axis of a condenser lens for fluorescence or an objective lens are coaxial, and provide a microbiological testing apparatus using the microbiological testing chip.;SOLUTION: A microbiological testing chip 10 comprises a main body 15 and a bacteria detection part 17. The bacteria detection part 17 is formed by bonding a cover member 171 and a channel member 172 and comprises a bacteria detection channel 173. The bacteria detection part 17 is arranged to be inclined in the microbiological testing chip 10 so that a normal vector of the bacteria detection part 17 on an incident surface and the optical axis of the excitation light are not parallel.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
