The high-strength resin consolidated material 3 is made from the high-strength resin paste 4; and coarse aggregate is added to the high-strength resin paste and mixed therewith. In a method for constructing a road surface, a construction section 2 of a road 1 worn by abrasion is cleaned; sand, moisture, etc. are removed; the high-strength resin consolidated material 3 is spread and leveled, and spread and consolidated; and the high-strength resin paste 4 is applied as a surface layer with an application thickness of 3 cm or less to an upper section.
