PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength resin which is a material for repairing a worn road, has high compressive strength, tension strength and abrasion resistance, and stabilizes the density, strength and composition of a consolidated material. PSOLUTION: High-strength resin paste 4 is formed by mixing a mineral powder, selected from artificial Portland cement fly ash and ferronickel slag with a particle diameter of 0.1 mm or less, into a two-component resin, selected from among an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin, a urethane resin, etc., and adding a hardening agent and fine aggregate selected from among ferronickel slag with a particle diameter of 5 mm or less, copper slag, and iron and steel slag. The high-strength resin consolidated material 3 is made from the high-strength resin paste 4; and coarse aggregate is added to the high-strength resin paste and mixed therewith. In a method for constructing a road surface, a construction section 2 of a road 1 worn by abrasion is cleaned; sand, moisture, etc. are removed; the high-strength resin consolidated material 3 is spread and leveled, and spread and consolidated; and the high-strength resin paste 4 is applied as a surface layer with an application thickness of 3 cm or less to an upper section.
