PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft magnetism compound consolidation burning material which has high density, high strength, high specific resistance, and high magnetic flux density.;SOLUTION: The burning material is formed by being processed in heat treatment under oxidizing atmosphere, after forming a precursor of soft magnetism compound consolidation burning material in such a way that an Mg content oxide coating soft magnetism particle formed by providing an Fe system soft magnetism metallic particle and an Mg content oxide film coated on a surface of the soft magnetism metallic particle, at least one kind among Si resin, low-melting glass and metal oxide are mixed and consolidated, and that it is processed in heat treatment under non-oxidizing atmosphere.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
