PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm and monitoring device of a sluice gate which enables a user to grasp whether an alarm function operates in a normal manner.;SOLUTION: The alarm and monitoring device of a sluice gate includes: a signal detection unit which is inserted between an alarm device for issuing an alarm during opening and closing of the sluice gate and an output control device, and detects an electric current supplied from the output control device to the alarm device and obtain a current value, when an alarm is issued; a determination unit which, when the output control device instructs the alarm device to issue an alarm, determines whether an electric current has been supplied to the alarm device, on the basis of a detection result of the signal detection unit; and an output unit for outputting the determination result of the determination unit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
