PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a transfer telephone service for selecting a terminal device being present within an area where terminal devices corresponding to a telephone number of an incoming call source are located, as a transfer destination of an incoming call, and transferring the incoming call to the selected terminal device.;SOLUTION: A telephone call transfer apparatus 10 includes: a communication executing unit 110 for communicating with a radio base station; a ranging information-acquiring unit 120 for acquiring ranging information representing whether or not a terminal device is present within a radio communication area of the radio base station; a member information storage unit 130 for storing member information associating information specifying a terminal device with the ranging information; and a transfer control unit 140 for determining whether to transfer an incoming call from one of terminal devices present within the radio communication area of the radio base station and, when transferring the incoming call, transferring the incoming call to the other terminal device selected based on the member information stored in the member information storage unit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
