PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform transfer without burden of a response on a transfer destination terminal regardless of a state such as during calling, incoming, talking, holding, and the like.;SOLUTION: The telephone call transfer system includes: a telephone exchange having a function of connecting between telephone terminals and a transferring a telephone call; a first telephone terminal that is to be a telephone transfer source; and a second telephone terminal that is to be a telephone transfer destination. When a telephone transfer is performed from the first telephone terminal to the second telephone terminal, the first telephone terminal reads telephone number information of the second telephone terminal and transmits the telephone number information together with a telephone transfer request to the telephone exchange. The telephone exchange receives the telephone transfer request and the telephone number information and acquires state information of the first telephone terminal to transmit the state information to the second terminal on the basis of the telephone number information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
