PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone system for flexibly transferring a telephone origination call to an optimal communication route while ensuring desired communication immediacy.;SOLUTION: A telephone exchange 20 acquires presence information of a user of each telephone terminal from a presence system 10, determines a communication route to transfer a telephone origination call from an origination source to a termination destination and a termination destination telephone terminal for each telephone termination on the basis of a combination of presence information of a user of the termination destination and a terminal class of an origination/termination telephone terminal or a combination of presence information of both origination and termination users, and transmits the determined communication route and termination destination telephone terminal to each telephone terminal as user termination destination information. The telephone terminal that receives the user termination destination information, transfers a telephone origination call to a termination destination in accordance with the user termination destination information when originating a telephone call to the termination destination, wherein, the telephone exchange 20 acquires the presence information of the user of each telephone terminal each time there is a periodical change or each time a telephone termination call is generated from the presence system 10 holding the presence information at all the time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
