PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain more suitable a peak time zone by tabulating an operating rate in combination of such as by minutes, by hours, or by days in a period of such as a day, a week and a month.SOLUTION: An operation status analysis system of an image processing apparatus has: an operating time calculation means which uses processing time of a job history to calculate operating time for each combination of a plurality of tabulation period and a plurality of unit times (S804); and an operating rate calculation means to divide the operation time of each time zone obtained by this operating time calculation means by (unit time × appearance frequency within a tabulation period) to calculate the operating rate.
