PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing antibodies which is capable of efficiently producing antibodies having high similarities to self-antigen conventionally having been difficult to produce, especially, antibodies unusable for a knockout mouse because it dies, and to provide a method of producing autoimmune disease model animals capable of expressing desired disease conditions naturally obtained only in low probability. PSOLUTION: The method of production of the antibodies includes transferring cells containing at least T cells from which regulatory T cells are removed to a nonhuman animal having no endogenous T cell, and administering antigens to the nonhuman animal so that the nonhuman animal produces the antibodies.
