PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide housing which facilitates a change in room layout, and a housing management system and a housing management program, which can enhance convenience by making the room layout of the housing easily adapt to a family structure changing a dweller.;SOLUTION: In the housing, the room layout of a room can be freely changed. The housing includes: a ceiling-side lattice-shaped gap which is provided in the ceiling of the room; a floor-side gap which is provided in a floor position corresponding to the ceiling-side gap; a partition wall member which is fitted into the ceiling-side and floor-side gaps; and a cover member for closing the ceiling-side and floor-side gaps in which the partition wall member is not disposed. Thus, the room layout can be constituted by fitting the partition wall member into the gap in a desired position so as to partition a space in the room.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
