PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new unconventional characteristic property spherical body bottom valve/(Moon light) having a new discharging opening (a bottom valve) of a container, and which is excellent in heat insulation in a container, relaxes difficulty in transportation system, decreases leakage of an article, can reduce a cost of use of steam or the like in a factory, and shortens a dissolving time of the article, for the hazardous materials and predetermined combustible materials described in the fire protection laws or such articles that have changes in properties with temperature such as general articles except the hazardous materials, and in an exclusive tank (including an installation tank (container) or the like).;SOLUTION: The characteristic property spherical body bottom valve/(Moon light) includes a steam piping 5, a special member (a heat-conductive pin) 6, a holding member 7, and a holding member (a container connecting member) 8 on the discharging opening (the bottom valve) 4 of the container.
