SEPARATION METHOD OF CHYLOMICRON (CM) IN BLOOD BY ION-EXCHANGE CHROMATOGRAPHY AND DETERMINATION METHOD OF METABOLIC SYNDROME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy separation method for chylomicron (CM) as lipoprotein contained in blood.;SOLUTION: In a separation method for CM in blood, an eluent 1 for adsorbing lipoprotein fraction containing chylomicron (CM) in blood and an eluent 2 for elution of CM, which are different from each other in terms of salt concentration, are made to flow into an anion exchange column in the order of 1 to 2, thereby separating CM by means of the anion exchange column. The eluent 1 has a salt concentration of 180 mmol/L to 200 mmol/L and the eluent 2 has a salt concentration of 210 mmol/L to 280 mmol/L.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
