PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect existence of a through-hole on a resin layer without applying DC high voltage to the resin layer of a resin collector. PSOLUTION: A potential change detection layer in which an electrical potential is changed with an intrusion of an electrolyte and a lithium ion is arranged between resin layers forming the resin collector in order to detect change of the electrical potential of the potential change detection layer, and when detecting the change of the electrical potential of the potential change detection layer, it is detected that there exists the through-hole on the resin layer forming the resin collector of a bipolar lithium ion secondary battery.
