PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooked product of chicken by a cooking method based on a new idea, octopus dumpling-like baked food using the same as an ingredient, and a method for producing the same.;SOLUTION: The cooked product of chicken is prepared by mixing substantially dice-shaped adult chicken, having a size of approximately 1 cm3 and having been preserved under refrigeration by thinly sprinkling common salt and curry powder and loading a heavy stone to be seasoned beforehand, with curry roux to properly season the same, stewing the same to evaporate a water content in the curry roux, subsequently baking the same until the surface of the same has a baked color. In addition, the octopus dumpling-like baked food is obtained by wrapping the cooked product of chicken with a dough material mainly containing flour and baking the same.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
