PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating sound-reducing structure in a deenergization type electromagnetic brake capable of reducing an operating sound caused by a collision with a yoke at the time of armature suction, suppressing a manufacturing cost, and suppressing suction power and suction limit service life from being deteriorated.;SOLUTION: There is provided the electromagnetic brake including the yoke 51 on which an electric coil is wound, a brake hub 53 that is rotated together with a motor shaft 4, the armature 52 that is coaxially disposed between the yoke 51 and brake hub 53 and is movable in the axial direction, a spring 55 that presses the armature 52 in the direction of the brake hub 53, and a guide pin 56 that is mounted on an end face of the armature 52 and is inserted into a guide pin hole 51c provided with its end along the end face of the yoke 51 in the axial direction, wherein a spot facing section 51d is concentrically provided around the guide pin hole 51c provided at the yoke 51 to keep an annular elastic body 57 disposed at the spot facing section 51d.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
