PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system which adds a novel game element in addition to the operation by prescribed operation timing. PSOLUTION: The game system includes a monitor 3, a touch-sensitive panel 4, and a sequence data storage means 22 which stores sequence data 23 in which a reaching moment when an object O reaches a determination line Li in a game region A is described. A bar (B), selected out of a plurality of candidates of bars (B) which are disposed among a plurality of lanes (L) for guiding the object O in a fixed direction in the game region A and change a moving direction of the object O moving along the lane La, is arranged between the lanes La. The game system determines whether the object O guided by the arranged bar (B) reaches the determination line Li at the reaching moment or not. The game system controls to repeat a selection of the bar (B) by the object O at one setting point of the bar (B) as a moving pathway, movements on the bar (B), and the movements on the connected lane La in a fixed direction from the other setting point.
