PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform collection processing of trace information of a circuit board by use of a simple built-in mechanism on a chip. PSOLUTION: In a trace information collection system 1, a counter part 15 of this trace information collection device 10 generates a counter value incremented from execution start time of a program, and a timer part 13 generates an interrupt signal each prescribed period. When receiving the interrupt signal, the tracing interface 11 obtains the counter value, and adds the counter value to the trace information obtained from a corresponding component. The counter value-equipped trace information is output through a data collection part 17 and a port part 19. A data acquisition part 21 of a trace information processor 20 obtains the counter value-equipped trace information, and a data sort part 21 sorts the trace information by the counter value, and stores it into a trace information storage part 23.
