PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely inspect trial operation of a production facility without replacing a program for actual operation by a program for trial operation.;SOLUTION: The tire production facility trial operation inspection device 10 reads operation order information 50B on an operation order of the production facility corresponding to a production program 20A to be executed by a programmable logic controller (PLC) 16 controlling the production facility of a tire from a hard disk 50, receives operation result information on an operation result of each operation output from the PLC 16, and outputs a dummy signal for forcibly turning on at least one of a sensor SS for detecting a component and a switch SW for instructing the operation of the production facility to the PLC 16, based on the operation order information 50B and the received operation result information, when the PLC 16 executes the production program 20A while the component is not casted into the production facility for trial operation of the production facility.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
