PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a translucent spinel ceramic structure where the spinel ceramic structure with high quality is easily formed at a low cost and to provide the spinel ceramic structure formed by the method.;SOLUTION: The method for producing a translucent spinel ceramic 20 includes: a step to prepare the substrate of an Al alloy containing at least one selected from the group consisting of Mg and Zn; a step to form a laminated body where an oxide layer is formed on one main surface of the substrate by anodizing the substrate; a step to remove the substrate to take out the oxide layer from the laminated body; and a step to heat-treat the oxide layer where the substrate is removed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
