DRIED FLOWER FOR FLOWER TEA, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND FLOWER TEA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dried flower for flower tea obtained by using safe agrochemical-free flower, to provide a method for producing the dried flower, and to provide the flower tea which opens the flower in hot water to afford pleasure to the eyes also by the color formed by the elution of the pigment of the flower in the hot water, and which is safe and healthy because of no use of the agrochemicals or the like.;SOLUTION: The method for producing the dried flower for the flower tea includes: an insect-repelling treatment step for collecting the flowers with calyxes cultivated with no or reduced agrochemicals, and repelling the insects by mixing a herb exhibiting repelling activities against the insects; an insect-removing step for blowing off the insects by inserting the flowers in a meshed container having meshes allowing the insects to pass, and jetting air pressure from the outside; a blowing step for storing the flowers in a circulation-type drying apparatus and blowing off the dirts by blowing; a drying treatment step for drying the flowers by a low-temperature drying treatment at 55-65°C for 2-4 h; and a sterilizing step for carrying out sterilization treatment at 90-100°C for 30-60 min.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
