PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the collision of telecommunications on a telecommunications channel during the telecommunications from a subscriber station to a base station.;SOLUTION: A subscriber station receives an access threshold bit and access class information and determines an access threshold from the access threshold bit. A subscriber station, in which the received access class bit belongs to a user class having a first value, is enabled to access the telecommunications channel regardless of the access threshold and a subscriber station, in which the access class bit belongs to a user class having a second value, has to perform access threshold evaluation to compare the access threshold with a random number or pseudo random number in order to determine an access right to the telecommunications channel, so that the access right to the telecommunications channel is allocated to at least one subscriber station in accordance with a comparison result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
