PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel concentration measurement method of a material to be detected with high sensitivity and high reproducibility by utilizing a chemiluminescence system and to provide a kit used for the concentration measurement method.;SOLUTION: The method is to measure concentration of a material to be detected included in a sample liquid by time measurement of a chemiluminescence reaction. Chemiluminescence is generated by mixing the sample liquid, a luminescence substrate, an oxidizing agent, and a reducing agent together in a solvent. The time from immediately after mixing to the time when luminescence intensity of the chemiluminescence becomes a peak is measured. The concentration of a material to be detected is measured by the measured time and a previously obtained calibration curve.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
