METHOD FOR MEASURING SPECIFIC COUPLING REACTION AND REAGENT KIT AND APPARATUS FOR MEASURING SPECIFIC COUPLING REACTION USED IN THE SAME CAPABLE OF MEASURING PLURAL MEASUREMENT MATERIALS IN SINGLE REACTION VESSEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for measuring a specific bond reaction in which a plurality of substances to be measured can be measured in one reaction container and to provide a reagent kit used therefor.;SOLUTION: In a step St1 shown in the figure, a reaction system which contains a sample 1 to be measured for the content of the substance 2 to be measured and magnetic particles 4 to which the specific bond substance 3 to be specifically bonded to the substance 2 to be measured is immobilized, is first built. In a step St2 shown in the figure, the optical characteristics of the reaction system is then measured. Then, if an aggregate complex 5 is generated in the step St1, a turbid occurs in the reaction system, and changes occur in a scattered light intensity, an amount of transmitted light, etc. Accordingly, the degree of the turbid of the reaction system can be estimated by measuring the scattered light intensity, the amount of the transmitted light, etc. In a step St3 shown in the figure, the aggregate complex 5 containing the substance 2 to be measured, the specific bond substance 3 and the magnetic particles 4 and magnetic particles (not shown) not forming the aggregate complex 5 are recovered by utilizing a magnetic force, and are removed from the reaction system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
