PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier member for transmitting circuits, used to transfer and embed circuit patterns, having unevenness only on specified surfaces, in a resin insulating layer without damaging the circuits, a coreless printed circuit board using the same, and a method of manufacturing the same.;SOLUTION: The carrier member for transmitting circuits, configured to have, on one surface of a carrier layer, a barrier layer and circuit patterns having unevenness formed only on upper ends thereof can be used to provide a high-density and highly reliable printed circuit board by transferring and embedding the circuit patterns in a resin insulating layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
