TOTAL TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE USING TRAIN ARRIVAL TIME PREDICTION PROCESSING, AND TRAIN ARRIVAL TIME INFORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost total traffic control device and a train arrival time informing method exactly predicting and informing of the train arrival time at each station, when a delay of a train occurs.;SOLUTION: The total traffic control device includes; an automatic route control device 1 tracking the position of the train; a train diagram modification device 23 for modifying a train diagram; and a guiding device 60 informing of passenger guide information. The automatic route control device 1 transmits the tracking information P of the train position to the train diagram modification device 23. The train diagram modification device 23 predicts the arrival time of the train at each station based on the train diagram and the tracking information P, and transmits this arrival time information T to the guiding device 60.
