PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-purity optically active fluorine-containing ethylidene-2-methylpropanesulfinamide that has low impurities and provides a sufficiently high yield when used in a phenylation reaction, a method for producing the same and a method for producing an optically active fluorine-containing amine derivative using the same.;SOLUTION: The high-purity optically active fluorine-containing ethylidene-2-methylpropanesulfinamide is a fluorine-containing ethylidene-2-methylpropanesulfinamide represented by formula (1) (wherein m is an integer of 1-3; n is an integer of 0-2 and m+n=3; * is asymmetric point; and the compound is any of R-isomer, S-isomer and a mixture of R-isomer and S-isomer) and has a fluorine-containing compound content of the impurities as a total of CHnFm part of 10 mol% based on the amount of fluorine-containing ethylidene-2-methylpropanesulfinamide.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
