PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket issue system preventing the same ticket from being forged by an insider such as a system developer.;SOLUTION: A cardinal number control part 11 generates a cardinal number as a random number and a printer control part 14 stores the cardinal number and prints out the cardinal number on roll paper 12 by a printer 13. The printer control part 14 transmits application contents to a center system 2 through a communication control part 15 and a registration request means 161 in a communication means 16. The center system 2 imparts a numbered identification code for uniquely specifying the application contents, registers the identification code in a transaction file 22 and transmits the identification code to the communication means 16 as a response. The communication means 16 transfers the identification code to the printer control part 14 through the communication control part 15. The printer control part 14 calculates a security code by using the identification code, the application contents and the stored cardinal number and prints out the security code on a ticket by the printer 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
