PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a qualitative and quantitative analyzing method for measuring the two-dimensional non-uniformity of a crystal of amines contained in a target sample in a non-destructive manner, and a qualitative and quantitative analyzer.;SOLUTION: The qualitative and quantitative analyzing method for measuring the two-dimensional non-uniformity of the crystal of amines in the target sample in the non-destructive manner has an irradiation step of two-dimensionally irradiating the target sample with an electromagnetic wave of a frequency resonating with the energy of the intermolecular bond of the crystal of amines, a comparison step of comparing the peak position of the absorption spectrum of the target sample obtained by measuring the transmitted electromagnetic wave with the peak position of the standard absorption spectrum of the crystal of amines, an extraction step of extracting the standard absorption spectrum of the crystal of amines coinciding in peak position, and an analyzing step of analyzing the two-dimensional non-uniformity of the crystal of amines in the target sample by calculating a non-uniform coefficient becoming minimum in the error of a theoretical absorption characteristic spectrum which is obtained from the product of the extracted standard absorption spectrum and the non-uniform coefficient with the absorption spectrum obtained from the target sample.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
