FORMING STAMPER, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ANTIREFLECTION FILM AND ANTIREFLECTION FILM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming stamper used for manufacturing an antireflection film, in which a shaping mold is not clogged with resin, a shadow is not observed and foam is not spooled up, and to provide a method of manufacturing an antireflection film using the forming stamper. PSOLUTION: A rectangular stamper includes: a shaping mold area R1 in which a size enlargement type 23 is formed for forming an antireflection layer which has projections having a period smaller than the wavelength of visible light region and a height of 150-450 nm; and a non shaping mold area R2 in which the shaping mold type 23 is not formed. The forming stamper 2 has a non size enlargement region R2 provided along a side of the rectangular stamper with a prescribed width L3, and the stamper is used for mounting a curing resin 14 to be extended in the size enlargement area R1.
