PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film in any size and to provide a method for mass producing the antireflection film at a low cost. The light-transmitting plastic antireflection film in any size can be mass produced at a low cost by embossing a light transmitting plastic resin by using the following stamper or casting the plastic resin in the stamper so as to transfer the surface pattern of the stamper. The stamper has fine recesses and projections on one surface of a Ni base body with the period of recesses and projections ranging from 35 to 400 nm and the depth of recesses and projections ranging from 100 to 700 nm.
