PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meet the necessity of disinfection, hot blast drying, and sterilizing assistance by simultaneously providing plasma and heat. PSOLUTION: In this hot blast plasma sterilizing device, arc discharge is avoided by restricting the size of a current in discharging of a plasma generation unit mainly by a high resistive layer, heat is simultaneously generated in the course of plasma generation by characteristics of the high resistive coefficient, air flow is generated by support of a fan, to form plasma hot blast, and at the same time, to meet application to plasma sterilizing and hot blast drying by providing plasma and heat.
