The kit has a piercing guide (16) having a catheter body with a flexible hollow girdle (22) receiving a manipulation mandrel, piercing mandrel (38) and a guiding mandrel. A catheter head (18) is extended by a helical screw (20) for anchorage to a wall of septum (10). The piercing mandrel has a pointed distal end (44) emerging from a front face of the septum on a length equal to a local thickness of the septum.
