PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming turbulence in a gas stove capable of performing good combustion by preventing an instable combustion state even when various kinds of fuel gases are used.;SOLUTION: In this gas stove provided with a gas nozzle 10 having a nozzle hole 24 for jetting a gas, and a gas flow channel 25 for supplying a combustion gas to the nozzle hole 24, a mixing section 9 for mixing the fuel gas jetted from the gas nozzle 10 with the combustion air sucked by ejector effect due to jetting of the fuel gas, and a flame forming section for burning the mixed gas mixed in the mixing section, and further provided with a turbulence forming body 26 for generating turbulence in the flow of the fuel gas, in the gas flow channel 25 in the gas nozzle 10, an installation position on the gas flow channel 25, of the turbulence forming body 26 is changed according to the kind of the fuel gas.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
