PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbulence flow formation method at a gas cooking stove in which a presence or non-presence of deposit of a turbulence flow formation can be easily inspected, appropriate mixed gas can be produced to perform superior combustion even if the maximum gas flow rate is different.;SOLUTION: This invention relates to a gas cooking stove having a flame forming part where fuel gas injected out of a nozzle hole and primary air at a former stage are mixed to each other at a cylinder to form first mixture gas and further second mixture gas mixed with combustion air and the first mixture gas is ignited. There is provided a turbulence flow forming segment for generating turbulence at a flow of the first mixture gas injected from the extremity end of the cylinder. The turbulence flow forming segment is arranged to be curved as it is spaced apart from a wall surface of the cylinder in a form that is positioned at the downstream side of the flow of the first mixture gas.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
