PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air compressor and a process control data collecting system for automatically obtaining various pieces of information required for control of work, focusing on the air compressor always set at a construction site. PSOLUTION: This air compressor having a clock function and an RFID reader/writer 2 detects the office-going hour and the office-leaving hour, and writes hour information in an RFID tag equipped in a time card owned by a worker by the RFID reader/writer 2. Thereby, the air compressor 1 functions as a time recorder, and information required for control can be collected from the time card 3 of the worker. In addition, the kinds of tool used for work and the like are written in the RFID tag of the time card 3 by the RFID reader/writer. Thereby, the air compressor 1 functions as an information collecting terminal, and information required for process control can be collected from the time card 3 of the worker.
