PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cerebral blood flow quantification program and the like that can determine the accurate cerebral blood flow using the values of radiation counts obtained in a minimally invasive or noninvasive and simple method in determining the cerebral blood flow through the cerebral blood flow SPECT using a divided dose method.;SOLUTION: The value of radiation counts of a sample obtained from one-point venous blood sampling after 55 minutes from a first dose of a medicine (123I-IMP) and multiple values of radiation counts in a brain are used as explanatory variables to derive a multiple regression expression having the partial regression coefficient obtained from the multiple regression analysis using the pre-recorded values of radiation counts in arterial blood as an object variable. Entered values of radiation counts in the brain of a subject are applied to the derived multiple regression expression to estimate the value of radiation counts in arterial blood that can be observed by the MS method-based 6-minute duration arterial blood drawing for the subject. The cerebral blood flow of the subject is calculated based on the entered values of radiation counts in the brain and the estimated radioation count in arterial blood.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
