PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a color-subtracted moving image from a moving image without increasing scale of a device.;SOLUTION: In a request receiving part 12, a transmission request of the moving image from a portable terminal 3 is accepted and a model discrimination part 13 discriminates a model of the portable terminal 3. A moving image format conversion part 14 converts moving image data M0 so that it becomes the format according to the model. When a portable terminal 3 is not the model capable of displaying the moving image data, a color subtraction process part 15 subtracts color of a moving image data M1 and generates a color-subtracted moving image data R1. In this case, the color subtraction process is performed by generating only one piece of palette data. An image output part 16 transmits the moving image data M1 or the color-subtracted moving image data R1 obtained by the color subtraction process to the portable terminal 3 which performs the request.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
