PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gift wrapping paper pasting device capable of wrapping a piece of gift wrapping paper neatly around a target without causing a shift in position on both right and left sides.;SOLUTION: The gift wrapping paper pasting device includes a gift wrapping paper pasting means 10 for pasting the piece of gift wrapping paper 4 around the upper surface of the target 6 while pushing up the target 6 by an elevator 12 and a gift wrapping paper supplying means 11 for supplying the gift wrapping paper in an extension from sideward immediately under the pasting means. The supplying means is constituted of a conveyance guide 24 having a conveyance end placed immediately under a pasting mechanism and extended sideward, a paper feed mechanism 28 provided at an extended end of the guide for feeding the sheets of gift wrapping paper stored in a stock 26 one by one for supplying onto the conveyance guide, a push-feeding mechanism 30 coming into contact with both sides of the rear end in the conveyance direction of the wrapping paper fed onto the conveyance guide for pushing and feeding, and a suction conveyance mechanism 32 for sucking both sides in the conveyance direction of the wrapping paper pushed and fed to the conveyance end for supplying in the extended state to immediately below the pasting mechanism.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
