PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a zinc based composite electroplated steel sheet which has excellent corrosion resistance and appearance uniformity even in the case the coating weight of a plated layer is reduced.;SOLUTION: Regarding the method for producing a zinc based composite electroplated steel sheet in which a steel sheet stock is used as a cathode and electrolyzed in a zinc-containing plating bath to form a zinc based composite electroplated steel layer on the surface of the steel sheet stock, the plating bath includes: Zn ions of ≥0.2 mol/L; at least one of metal ion selected from Al, Sc, Y, La, Ce, Nd, Zr and V; and nitrate ions of 0.0005 to 0.1 mol/L, and the relative flow velocity of the plating liquid in the plating bath to the steel sheet stock is ≥0.6 m/s.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
