PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful precursor in the production of a protected 2-fluoropropylamine or a protected N-alkyl-2-fluoropropylamine each having various substituents at the 3-position, being an important partial structure for medicines and agrochemicals.;SOLUTION: Since a protected 2-fluoropropylamine having a leaving group at the 3-position or a protected N-alkyl-2-fluoropropylamine having a leaving group at the 3-position excellently progresses an introduction reaction of various substituents to the 3-position and easily performs deprotection of amino-protecting group, it can be easily converted into 2-fluoropropylamine or N-alkyl-2-fluoropropylamine having various substituents at the 3-position, being an important partial structure for medicines and agrochemicals. The protected 2-fluoropropylamine or the protected N-alkyl-2-fluoropropylamine each having a leaving group at the 3-position is produced on a large amount scale without requiring a complicated operation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
