PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination artificial flower usable in a wedding ceremony, a funeral ceremony or the like without using a large amount of live flowers and electric power for lighting, or the stalk length of which can be flexibly adjusted with scissors like cut flowers; to provide a power supply device used for the illumination artificial flower; and to provide a lighting device for the illumination artificial flower including the illumination artificial flower and the power supply device.;SOLUTION: The illumination artificial flower includes: flower petals in the inside of each of which light-emitting diode is installed; a stalk which supports the flower petals and can be cut with a manual cutting tool; and a primary lead wire and a secondary lead wire each connected to an electrode of the light-emitting diode. The primary lead wire and the secondary lead wire are set along the stalk length on the outside of the stalk via an electrical insulator.
