PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprocket type ball lifting device for reducing frictional resistance in lifting Pachinko game balls and also reducing a load on a lifting means lifting the Pachinko game balls, and also to provide a sprocket type ball lifting method.;SOLUTION: The ball lifting device 10 includes a plurality of juxtaposed ball lifting passages 30 having circular arcuate-shape circular guide surfaces 31 and constituting lifting paths 32 extending upward from one ends of the circular guide surfaces 31. Lower sprockets 40 are arranged at positions opposing to the circular guide surfaces 31 of the ball lifting passages 30. The ball lifting paths 32 include the first sprockets 50 and second sprockets 60. The number of rotations in the first sprockets 50 is set to be higher than that in the lower sprockets 40 and to be lower than that of the second sprockets 60.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
