PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group supervisory operation elevator capable of improving operation efficiency.;SOLUTION: This group supervisory operation elevator includes a car 1 for a general person and a car 2 for a physically disabled person, a landing hall operation device 4 for the general person arranged in a landing hall 3 and generating a landing hall call for the general person, a landing hall operation device 5 for the physically disabled person arranged in the landing hall 3 and generating a landing hall call for the physically disabled person, a group supervisory operation control device 6 for performing landing hall call registration for the general person by the landing hall call for the general person and performing landing hall call registration for the physically disabled person by the landing hall call for the physically disabled person, and a user detecting device 7 for detecting the existence of a user in a detection area set around a landing hall entrance 3b for the physically disabled person. The group supervisory operation control device 6 holds or releases the landing hall call registration for the physically disabled person in response to the existence of the user in the detection area, when the car 1 for the general person arrives at the landing hall 3 before the car 2 for the physically disabled person, in a state of performing the landing hall call registration for the general person and the landing hall call registration for the physically disabled person mutually in the same in the destination direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
