CONFERENCE SYSTEM, CONFERENCE SERVER, CONFERENCE TERMINAL, AND MICROPHONE SENSITIVITY ADJUSTING METHOD OF CONFERENCE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology with which, in a multi-point conference system, the sensitivity of each of microphones installed at optional points is adjusted from any other point so as to become appropriate at much more points.;SOLUTION: A conference server 1 manages information of microphones 6 connected to respective conference terminals 2. When a microphone sensitivity adjusting instruction of a conference terminal 2, that is a controlled terminal 2, is received from a conference terminal 2 that is a control terminal 2, information of the microphone 6 connected to the controlled terminal 2 is displayed in the control terminal 2 and a sensitivity adjusting operation for each microphone 6 connected to the controlled terminal 2 is received. The sensitivity of each of the microphones 6 connected to the controlled terminals 2 is then adjusted. Furthermore, the conference server 1 displays operation contents of the sensitivity adjusting operation for the microphone of the controlled terminal 2 in the respective conference terminals 2 which are monitor terminals 2. When an adjustment acceptance rejections are received from the predetermined number of or more monitor terminals 2, the sensitivity of each microphone 6 connected to the controlled terminal 2 is returned to the sensitivity prior to the adjustment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
