PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply set presence of rights to speak of participants to prevent complication of topics.;SOLUTION: A participant's cellular phone 10 has a remark execution part 29 which transmits a remark of a participant, a notification e-mail analysis part 13 which extracts information about destination classification for classifying receivers into a plurality of kinds from conference holding notification e-mails for notifying holding of an electronic conference transmitted from a sponsor's cellular phone and determines destination classification set to the self-terminal and a remark processing locking part 17 which controls an operation of the remark execution part 29 based on the address classification of the self-terminal determined by the notification e-mail analysis part 13.
