PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment agent by which a coating film having excellent water repellency, water sliding property and durability can be formed by application and drying of the treatment agent even when heating step is not performed and an excessive dry solid by a component not participating in formation of the coating film after treatment can be easily removed by dry wiping.;SOLUTION: In the treatment agent formed by mixing a linear polydimethylsiloxane having two or three hydrolyzable functional groups in at least one terminal and the number of dimethylsiloxane units of 30 to 400, a fluoroalkyl silane having hydrolyzable functional group and the number of fluorocarbon units of 4 to 12 and a solution having an organic solvent, an acid and water, 0.05 to 0.5 wt.% linear polydimethylsiloxane and 0.05 to 0.5 wt.% fluoroalkyl silane are mixed in the sum total amount of the treatment agent, and 0.2 to 0.6 wt.% total amount of the linear polydimethylsiloxane and the fluoroalkyl silane is mixed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
