PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fin material having excellent erosion resistance during brazing in manufacturing of a large-sized heat exchanger, and a manufacturing method for obtaining such fin material.;SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes a process of continuously casting an Al alloy containing 0.05 to 0.15weight% Cu, 0.05 to 0.15weight% SiO, 0.14 to 0.20weight% Fe, 1.00 to 1.30weight% Mn, and consisting of the balance Al and inevitable impurities from molten metal, a process of cold rolling the continuously cast Al alloy, a process of intermediately annealing the cold rolled Al alloy, and a process of finish rolling the Al alloy undergoing the intermediate annealing, and performs the intermediate annealing just once.
