PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flight vehicle for vertical takeoff and landing during takeoff and landing capable of immediately correcting a flight vehicle body to be in a horizontal state when the flight vehicle body is inclined by external force; and an inclination correction method of the flight vehicle.;SOLUTION: The flight vehicle for vertical takeoff and landing includes an inclination detecting means 26 for detecting the inclination of an airframe 10, rotation shafts 22 for transmitting rotational force to propellers 12, a differential gear mechanism 20 for transmitting power of an engine 16 to the rotation shafts 22 of the pair of propellers 12, and brakes 30 for reducing rotational speed of the rotation shafts 22. When the airframe 10 is inclined during takeoff and landing, i.e., vertically going up or down, the rotational speed of the propeller 12 that has got relatively above the other propeller 12 out of the pair of propellers 12 due to the inclination is reduced by the actuation of the brake 30 mounted to the rotation shaft 22. At this time, the rotational speed of the rotation shaft 22 on the opposite side of the rotation shaft 22 that has been braked is increased by virtue of the differential gear mechanism 20. Thus, the rotational speed of the right and left propellers 12 of the airframe 10 is regulated and the inclination of the airframe 10 is immediately corrected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
