PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural-product holding device that carries an agricultural product while holding it and releases the agricultural product from a held state as needed.;SOLUTION: The agricultural-product holding device 1 has: a rotary disk 3 rotating around a rotary shaft 4; at least one holding part 6 attached near the outer edge of the rotary disk 3; and a guide wall 5 provided around the rotary disk 3. The holding part 6 includes a pair of holding pieces 6a, 6b for clamping a target 22 to be processed. One ends, facing each other, of the holding pieces 6a, 6b are connected to each other via a hinge 7. The holding piece 6a is fixedly provided near the outer edge of the rotary disk 3 while the holding piece 6b is freely movable in a direction separating from the outer edge of the rotary disk 3. The guide wall 5 includes: a first region 5a (26) in which a contact state of the pair of holding pieces with the guide wall is maintained while being in a state of closing the pair of holding pieces; and a second region 5b (27) in which the holding piece on the side of not being fixedly provided to the rotary disk is freely movable in a direction separating from the outer edge of the rotary disk, and also, a non-contact state between the freely-moving holding piece and the guide wall is maintained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
