PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for correcting streaks and unevenness formed on a belt surface when manufacturing a seamless belt from PPS resin by extrusion molding.;SOLUTION: The apparatus 12 for correcting the seamless belt 11 includes: a body 21 of bottomed cylinder shape having an inner peripheral surface 23 formed of a mirror finished surface, and storing the seamless belt 11 with a space from the inner peripheral surface 23; a cover body 41 removably provided at the body 21; a fixing means 35 fixing the upper end and lower end of the seamless belt 11 to the mirror finished surface 23; a pressing means for pressing the seamless belt 11 stored in the body 21 to the mirror finished surface 23; and a heating means 71 heating the mirror finished surface 23.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
